Payment Terms

Effective: 3 September 2026

1. Quote Before Payment

For customised work, please request a quotation first. We will confirm the final product specifications, quantity, artwork requirements, price, delivery or collection arrangements and payment amount before asking you to pay.

2. Bank Transfer

For an approved order, payment may be made by bank transfer to the business account details supplied in your order confirmation or payment instructions. Please use the order or quotation reference provided by Inkfinity where possible.

3. Payment Confirmation

Sending a screenshot or transfer receipt helps us identify your payment, but an order is treated as paid only after Inkfinity has verified receipt of the required funds. We will acknowledge payment or confirm when the order moves into production.

4. Production

Unless otherwise agreed, customised production begins after the required payment and artwork approval have both been confirmed.

5. Card Payments

Card payment is not currently offered through this website. We will enable secure online card payment only after the relevant payment gateway has been formally approved, configured and activated. We will update this page when that service becomes available.

6. Security

Do not send card numbers, PINs, online-banking passwords or one-time passwords to Inkfinity by WhatsApp, email or website message. Inkfinity will never ask for your banking password or OTP to verify a transfer.

7. Refunds

Any approved refund will be handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the circumstances of the original payment.
